Eden Bleu Hotel
Visitors frequently praise the Eden Bleu Hotel for its friendly and welcoming staff, with many highlighting delicious food and spacious rooms with balconies. However, a common complaint is the lack of flexibility with check-in and check-out times, and some guests found the hotel to be extremely noisy due to early morning pool cleaning and aircraft overhead.

We recently stayed at Eden Bleu Hotel on the 18th and 19th of May 2026 for our son’s 6th birthday celebration, and we had a wonderful experience. From the very beginning, the booking process was easy, smooth, and professionally handled in person. Check-in was also excellent, and throughout our short staycation the staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, the food was great, and most importantly, our son had a fantastic time celebrating his birthday. Everything came together nicely and made the occasion feel special for our family. We would also like to give a special shout-out to Ms. Verominia Fabien, who was exceptionally helpful during our stay. She assisted us with several queries, including helping when our key card was misplaced, arranging support for late check-out, and assisting with the storage of our birthday cake. Her professionalism, patience, and warm approach really stood out and made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, we were very happy with our experience at Eden Bleu and truly appreciate the great service from the entire team. We would gladly recommend the hotel for a family staycation or special celebration.
We chose Eden Bleu Hotel because of its good ratings and positive reviews online, which made this experience even more disappointing. We had a very disappointing experience staying at Eden Bleu Hotel. We arrived with a child after a long journey — our flight landed at 7 AM and we reached the hotel around 9 AM. We requested an early check-in as we were exhausted and traveling with a child. Although the hotel policy states check-in is at 2 PM, we noticed several other couples were given early check-in while we were repeatedly told that the rooms were “not ready.” It was frustrating and disappointing, especially considering we had a young child with us. It’s hard to understand how rooms were ready for others but not for us even after waiting for hours. Another disappointing issue was the WiFi policy. The hotel does not provide free WiFi access to guests before check-in. We were not given internet access until we received the room keys, which was very inconvenient after a long international journey. The breakfast buffet was also disappointing. The menu was virtually the same every day. For a hotel charging premium rates, we expected a more diverse buffet selection and some variation from day to day. After a few mornings, the breakfast became repetitive and failed to meet the standards we would expect from a hotel of this category. Lastly, even after getting access, the internet speed was extremely slow and unreliable. We could not even connect properly to the room TV services. Considering the very high price of the hotel, we expected much better hospitality, service, and basic facilities. Overall, the hospitality and guest experience did not meet expectations, especially for families traveling with children.
Very bad experience — extremely noisy. Pool cleaning starts at 5am with a vacuum and blower, and planes fly directly over the hotel. Would not recommend.
