The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive. We checked in at 2:30am on a cold winter night and we walked into a warm room. Our room was beautifully decorated and we had the bed was so comfortable. It was hard to leave!

THE STAFF CLEANER WHO CLEANED MY ROOM STOLE MY WATCH I removed my watch before taking a shower. When I arrived home, I realized I had accidentally left it behind. I immediately contacted management, but they insisted that the watch was not found in the room. I went directly home after checking out and was dressed in sportswear, making it highly unlikely that I was wearing a formal watch when I left. Based on these circumstances, I remain concerned about the disappearance of my watch. Another issue was the strong curry smell in the room, which I found unpleasant. Although the staff provided an empty diffuser and a bathroom spray in an attempt to address the odor, neither was effective. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK

Home Suite is a well located boutique establishment. I have stayed many times here and it has always been on point

Lovely hotel in Joburg in a safe location in Rosebank. The standard room was very spacious and clean with a great shower. We loved the breakfast, the eggs benedict and scones were particularly good. Only negative is that they wouldn't offer a late checkout at no extra costs despite the hotel not being at full capacity.

Everything was perfect during my 5-night stay! Every staff member was very kind and knowledgeable. Food was better than what I’ve had in fancy Rosebank restaurants. The rooftop was lovely. And of course the dogs were the highlight! Will gladly stay there again next time in Jozi ♥️

Absolutely great choice — we will definitely be using them again soon! This place truly felt like home from the moment we arrived. The location is perfect, the staff are warm and welcoming, and everything was handled with care. The dogs added such a special touch — it really felt like coming home. Highly recommended!

I had a genuinely lovely stay at Home Suites Hotels Rosebank and was really impressed from the moment I arrived. The welcome at reception was warm, professional and effortless, which immediately made the hotel feel comfortable and personal. The whole stay had a very natural, homely feel to it. I usually prefer Airbnbs because I enjoy having my own space and being left undisturbed, but this hotel managed to give me that same sense of freedom while still offering great service when needed. The staff were accommodating, friendly and present without ever being intrusive, which I really appreciated. The rooms are impressively spacious and comfortable. I spent most of the weekend indoors, and at no point did the room feel cramped or claustrophobic. It was easy to relax, unwind and feel completely at home. The gym was also a pleasant surprise and was more than decent for a hotel gym away from home. A few small touches also made the stay memorable, including the hotel dogs, which added a cute and welcoming character to the place. Oddly enough, I also bumped into someone I had not seen in years who happened to be visiting the hotel too, which made the experience feel even more special. Many thanks to the entire team, it was a really enjoyable stay. The hotel has a rare balance of comfort, warmth, space and understated service. I would happily stay again and recommend it.

Highly recommended. The location is perfect, in a quiet road, less than 1 km away form a big mall. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, bed are comfy. The staff is very helpful, good laundry service and the breakfast has a good variety of options and fresh fruit.
