The pent house is everything

Attended a business presentation. Excellent service, plenty parking.

Lovely room but we had booked a suite as a treat at the end of the holiday. The welcome said a bottle of wine which was refused as the said it was a welcome drink only. the hot tub was cold therefore useless and in usable. When going to use the sauna I was told I couldn’t change in the spa and was directed to a disabled toilet beside the sauna. Poor when I clearly should have been able to use the full facilities. We had two kids and had two bedrooms they wanted to charge extra to put another Ben in the room as it had two doubles. All in all the customer service wasn’t up to the level I would have expected and no leniency or understanding was shown to us. I won’t be going back!

Hotel is nice and neat but the breakfast has no great selection and hot food is cold.
