Our stay at Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams Colombo was truly amazing and memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. A special thank you to Relationship Executive Anjali and her wonderful team for making our experience even more special with their warmth, kindness, and attention to detail. We were travelling just a week before our son Vayu’s first birthday, and on the day of checkout the team came to know about it. They immediately prepared a beautiful birthday card for him, which was such a thoughtful gesture. They even mentioned that had they known earlier, they would have planned something even more special for him. That level of care genuinely touched us. The rooms were excellent with beautiful views of Colombo, and the overall comfort and hospitality were outstanding. Room service was prompt, helpful, and very kids-friendly. We also loved the dedicated kids’ play area, which made travelling with a child much easier and enjoyable. Breakfast was another highlight — there was a huge variety including Indian, Continental, and English breakfast options, all fresh and delicious. Thank you once again to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would absolutely love to visit again and highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Colombo.

My 4-day stay at City of Dreams Sri Lanka - Integrated Resort, Casino & Entertainment was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we checked in until the day we left, everything felt luxurious, comfortable, and perfectly managed. The hotel has a modern and premium atmosphere that immediately makes you feel special. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with excellent views and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the overall cleanliness of the property was impressive. The beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day exploring Colombo. One of the biggest highlights of this hotel is the overall experience it offers beyond just accommodation. The entertainment options, casino atmosphere, restaurants, and ambience together create a lively yet relaxing environment. Whether you want to enjoy a peaceful evening, good food, or entertainment with friends, the property has everything in one place.

We traveled to Colombo with my family to celebrate my birthday and stayed at City of Dreams Sri Lanka. It was truly a wonderful and memorable experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything was excellent — the food, rooms, atmosphere, and especially the service. The hospitality and attention to detail made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. A special thanks to the reception staff, Jonathan and Rev, who were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay. One of the sweetest surprises was the beautiful birthday cake arranged by the hotel team. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made my birthday even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxury stay in Colombo. We would love to visit again!

City of Dreams is by far the best hotel in Colombo in all aspects. We stayed here twice during our 14 day Sri Lanka trip and were absolutely delighted by the service levels; right from check-in to departure..! Would like to specially mention the check-in staff Nishkash & Haizer. They were very helpful and supportive in getting us the best rooms! Besides this the concierge team was very kind and helpful!!. We used both the pools (family & infinity).. super clean and well maintained. Highly recommended for families as well as solo travelers.
