Venture-N is a gay bar at 1239 North 6th Avenue in Tucson, open since the early 1990s. It began as a leather, Levi's and bear bar and still has that crowd, but it now also works as an easygoing neighbourhood bar for the city's older gay regulars, with pool, a patio and no dress code. Google rates it 4.1 from about 165 reviews. It is a quiet place to drink and chat rather than a club, and the regulars are friendly to newcomers. Perfect place for a patio experience! Not too many bars in Tucson with a large patio worth chilling at! Sunday afternoon karaoke on the patio is a great community mixer, as long as it's not over 100F or rainy. It has to be canceled at those times. People are friendly and welcoming.
