The room is huge and the hotel offers great value for money

Friendly staff on arrival, sorted a payment issue without any dramas. Room was awesome, a lot larger then expected. Very comfortable and a great place to start our weekend away.

Room dark, poor lighting and needed a renovation. Uncomfortable bed. Ordinary toiletries. I thought cleaning was included which it wasn't. The most disappointing was breakfast. We only attended 3 times out of 6 when we paid for breakfast. No fresh fruit. More a breakfast for men. The kitchen needs to liaise with a dietitian. The coffee machine delivered garbage coffee, better off with the sachets from your room.

Great location, genuine staff and comfy bed. Hopefully Accor applies some well needed love and attention to the Property.

A perfectly decent hotel. Quiet and clean. I wish the beds were softer and they had a better pillow selection.

Unfortunately this place has no tv in the bedroom A little odd for a hotel For that reason I mark the room down as I much prefer to stay in a hotel with a tv in the bedroom Location is ok The Service is below average as I asked for a room with a tv and they had no interest in moving me to another room

Above-Average for the price. I cannot complain much, well recommended overall if the price is right. Quiet rooms, comfortable bed, well equipped. The room I got didn’t have a toaster/microwave/coffee machine (only a kettle). The downsides: only one kind of pillows (tall/thick) for those who prefer low-profile pillows, you’ll have an issue. My stay was for 4 nights, the place included two toilet paper rolls (it was fine as I was on my own, but beware if you’re 2 people), only one tissue box provided which was already 3/4 empty when I arrived (it ran out within 48 hours). The main issue: the TV “HDMI” ports are extremely hard of reach if you wish to connect your Nintendo Switch, Laptop, Apple TV (or any smart box), etc. Despite all of that, it’s been a nice experience and I recommend it if you find a good price!
