Do yourself a favor, go and look at the room BEFORE you pay! They like to switch rooms to the un-expecting consumer. The substitute room offered to us was old, filthy and smelly. Hard to comprehend how this place gets high reviews, perhaps a review scam I’m guessing. The customer service is appalling and they are mostly difficult to understand, however seem to think they are quite important. Consider booking an apartment at the waterfront and using some of the many restaurants and great facilities around the lagoon. Wish we did!

False, misleading and deceptive advertising. We booked an ocean view king room. On arrival we were given a room that was overlooking the driveway- no ocean view. The room was dirty- the sink and bathroom area had the previous persons toothpaste and makeup stains everywhere and the bedding had black hair and dirt on it- revolting. The staff were hardly apologetic, acknowledging they gave us the wrong room while smiling. The staff were condescending and difficult to understand. The staff also tried to not give us a full refund until the end date of our booking- we noted that we are not paying for a service we did not receive and they eventually gave us our money back. What a disappointment this dated zombie filled hotel is.
