The energy was electric from start to finish. The parade was beyond colorful — full of love, creativity, and powerful messages of equality and inclusion. Every float told a story, and you could really feel the sense of community and pride in the air. What I loved most was how welcoming and safe it felt. People from all walks of life came together to celebrate diversity, and the atmosphere was pure joy. The performances, music, and outfits were next level — truly a world-class celebration. Sydney Mardi Gras isn’t just a party, it’s a movement and a beautiful reminder that love is love. Can’t wait to experience it again! 💖

It’s now 31st of December and the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras committee have been unable to release tickets for the official after party Using the Bondi Massacre to hide their incompetence behind which is offensive for those from overseas wishing to attend but not being able to purchase tickets to events in advance such as the after party prior to booking flights is simply ludicrous however there are “packages “ which includes tickets which appear very expensive and extorting money from people and before the organisers state that they are not responsible for the after party they need to ensure tickets to all partner events are available in a reasonable time frame how can one plan flights and accommodation at the last minute ? Inclusive ? It’s not rocket science it’s incompetent and unprofessional We finally find out the truth it’s amateur hour with infighting amongst the committee members which caused a level of incompetence and lack of focus on their responsibilities such as securing donations from corporates to ensure the success of Mardi Gras including the after party All members of the committee must resign we need fresh blood egoless with new ideas with no hidden agendas that can lead going on the “not appropriate to sell tickets due to Bondi” previously “new reimagined venue for party 🎉 “ they are actually lying and to use the Bondi tragedy to cover up is disgraceful

A lot of fun. Great atmosphere. Very busy and would advise to go early for the parade to get the best view.
