Have stayed at this hotel before and had a great stay. I have just booked another stay for later this year and I must commend Rosalyn from reservations for her skill and professionalism steering me through a complex list of requests. She was so helpful and thoughtful that it makes me want to return to this hotel each time I travel to Sydney. Thank you so much Rosalyn.

Quiet room on the 20th floor, clean. Loved the amenities as there was a cook top if you wanted to cook. Close to transport, restaurants and shopping. Great water pressure in the shower. Comfortable bed

2 nights of construction noise on Campbell Street, loud drilling, metal on metal noise and the almost constant drone of a drill on concrete plus other, hammering, banging. This occurred on the nights of November 30 and December 1, 2025 between 22:00 through 01:30 to 02:00. I thought there were no construction laws against this? I actually filed a noise complaint with NSW Police over this matter, I hope the idiot who doing construction work gets fined 🤬
