The establishment has been closed more frequently than it has been open recently. AVOID THIS PLACE. You may or may not be told that the place is closing forever and you have to get out. Getting out is also pretty tough when some manic man has barricaded all the doors from the inside with tables, chairs, and whatever else he could find. Also, I feel for the staff; they looked so tired, like this happens all the time, and they kept apologizing for being closed unexpectedly. There are 2 saunas about 100m from this place with a way better atmosphere, venue layout, and overall quality of service.

Do not trust them when they say ‘It’s busy’. Just went to an event today - hopeful that the post-Mardi Gras celebrations would mean a high turnout. There was about 10 men. Unfortunately, this always seems to be the case. Won’t be going again. Save yourself some money and go to Sydney Sauna or Sauna X instead.
