What an amazing oasis! I've just spent two nights at Bayswater Boutique Lodge. The room was large with a separate kitchen area and beautiful outside terrace - perfect for breakfasting and enjoying the sunshine. The room was comfortable and had everything I wanted or needed and was beautifully clean and appointed. Lovely light room with opening windows for fresh air. Shared bathroom worked well - modern with a great shower. It is very handy to Kings Cross Station and numerous restaurants and cafes and the supermarket. Thank you also for the great communication and service. I appreciated being able to store my luggage before checking time. I had such a great stay - I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Sydney!

A wonderful stay. The room was very comfortable, and the shared bathrooms were always clean. The neighborhood is lively, with many cafes, bars, and restaurants! Just a 40-minute walk from the Opera House; bus B also stops right outside the building. I'll be back! Thank you, Donia 😊

I made a last minute booking here after being disappointed with the other place I was staying in Potts Point. I was pleased with the private entrance suite room at Bayswater Boutique Lodge. There was a hairdryer and iron in the cupboard, plus the fan was powerful and had different settings. The WiFi was very strong and reliable and the fridge, mini kitchen and tea making facilities were great. It was a perfect base for my time in Sydney. Thank you to Donia for being receptive on messaging to my questions. I recommend Bayswater as a restful place to stay during a holiday in Sydney. Thank you.

Donia was extremely communicative when I had problem getting in with code. She offered complimentary snack as a result and seeing it was my birthday. Typical of Sydney there is limited street parking. A beautiful room with all one requires including a bar fridge, reasonable priced snacks and alcohol, iron, heater, hair dryer etc.. shared bathroom so clean and modern I highly recommend a stay at Badwater Lodge.

Great place and nice location, I recommend!

I had a disappointing experience with this property regarding both check-in and refund handling. On my arrival, I was given an incorrect PIN code, which meant I could not access the property on my first night. This caused significant inconvenience and stress after a long journey. The host acknowledged the issue and confirmed that I would receive a refund for the first night. However, it has now been over 2.5 months, and I still have not received the refund. I have followed up multiple times through Booking.com, but both the property and the platform have been unresponsive or have stated that they are waiting on each other, with no resolution so far. While the property itself may be fine, the lack of accountability and poor communication in resolving this issue has been very frustrating. I hope this can be addressed properly, as it has significantly affected my overall experience.

Rooms were very small. The passage to rooms are very congested. Too expensive and money minded than customer centric. My check out time was 10am and the additional one day rent was cut from my card at 9:55 am, 232 dollars which is double the room rent. Because saturdays the rent is double. They did not consider it is an extention of the stay. I stayed only for couple of hours since I paid that much amount. I suggest you to check these things before you book the stay here.

Really nice place yo stay. I had a lovely time here visiting family and friends. I feel comfortable and safe. I would very much recommend this beautiful well kept clean place to stay.

I hadn't received the check-in form, but when I inquired, they sent it to me right away! The amenities were also very plentiful. However, the shared bathroom was a bit disappointing.

Due to the high labor costs, check-in and check-out are usually handled by myself. There are no permanent staff members at all. There's a luggage storage area before check-in, and the process is sloppy. There's a space to store luggage, but they inform guests that they're not responsible for lost items. There's no way to get help if an urgent issue arises or assistance is needed. There are email and phone services, but they're only available in English, making them useless for guests who don't speak English. Email isn't used for urgent matters. It's a three-story building, but there's no elevator, and the stairs are extremely narrow, making it difficult to carry large suitcases up and down. The room was better than expected. However, the shared bathroom was very small. Bathrooms in Japanese hotels are not as small as this. Overweight people might have a hard time using it. There's no air conditioning. There's a fan, but it doesn't provide much cooling. Manager! The metal shelves in the shower are dangerous. If you're struggling to move around in a tight space, your arms and back can easily get cut, like a knife. Also, the body shower pump is too weak. You'll probably have to press it about 20 times to get a shower.
