I wish I could leave a negative star review for this property. I cancelled my booking (with difficulty) on arrival. The property advertises a Potts Point location, in fact it is located in Rushcutters Bay, in reality less than two short blocks from Darlinghurst Rd Kings Cross. As an experienced solo woman traveller I immediately became concerned about my safety at this location. This concern was aggravated on arrival when the keypad at the front door was not working. I imagined myself returning alone from my dinner event at midnight and having difficulty accessing my accommodation. I contacted the duty manager who dismissed my concerns. Eventually a staff member appeared to give me access saying “all you have to do is tap the keypad 20 times to wake it up”! Never saw a room, perhaps they are nice. Replace the keypad you cheap and deceitful operators.

Was a nice room for the price. However I wish the self check in was advertised clearly. After having our morning flight and exploring the rest of the day we were eager to lay down, however when we arrived we were not greeted by people but by a sign saying message this person and fill out this form. Standing awkwardly in front of the building and waiting for responses was not a nice experience and just wish we were communicated the check in procedures before hand. Otherwise the housekeeping was on request and was nice and i enjoyed the no keys. Overall a nice enough space!

Had a wonderful stay at this boutique lodge. The atmosphere was warm, clean, and welcoming, and Donna at reception was especially helpful and kind throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location — you have everything you need right around the corner. The space is cozy, and the little kitchen makes the stay much easier. It’s also impressively well equipped: hair dryer, iron, AC, fan, mini fridge, cutlery… you name it. The downside is the cleaning. You can hear the vacuum, but I’m pretty sure the space under the bed has never been introduced to it. The bathroom doesn't look clean and it is dusty, the exhaust fan is covered in grime, and the curtain hardware (In the bedroom) has seen better (and cleaner) days. A lovely place that deserves better housekeeping.
