Lovely hotel, staff are amazing and could not help enough. Highly recommend.
Perfect night stay after a function at the Palladium
Clean and comfortable room. Buffet breakfast available which was very good. Only complaint, not really significant, is the old tech TV. It's on a table below the end of the bed. Can't see it. Can't connect your devices to it.
A good experience but nothing outstanding, and a few issues that detracted from the stay. Good: - lovely location. We visited the skydeck nearby - lots of shops in the Crown complex - interesting to explore the casino - pool was lovely. Warm water - bathrobes were comfy and useful when visiting the pool - shower area was big - gorgeous view, especially in the morning - the bed was comfortable Bad: - after booking the room, i couldn't pay immediately. They had a complicated rule re advance payment - i got an email asking me to check in before arrival, which was completely unnecessary and asked for far too may personal details (also got a check out email that i ignored) - when we first walked in, at crown tower, we asked for directions to promenade that would allow us to stay indoors since it was raining heavily. We were told we had to go outside, though we later found out there is an overbridge on level 1 - the room only had one bathrobe, though when we asked for another they brought it quickly - minibar prices were only available from a menu on the tv. Wth? (Water was $4.80 for a small bottle)
