Hotel White Park

The price is to high for which the rooms can be get at some better rooms with same price and it is suitated in small streets.

This place should honestly not be called a hotel. My stay at Hotel White Park, Chennai was a complete nightmare. There was NO WATER in the taps when I checked in. I informed the staff immediately, and shockingly, the problem was not fixed even after 1 hour. Imagine paying for a room where you can’t even wash your hands or use the toilet properly. Absolutely unacceptable. The staff was rude and completely uncooperative. Instead of taking responsibility or apologizing, they acted like this kind of service failure is normal. Zero professionalism. There was no intercom phone in the room, so every time I needed help, I had to physically go down and chase the staff. In 2026, this is beyond ridiculous. On top of all this, no complimentary water bottles were provided. Not even basic hospitality standards were met. This hotel is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. I strongly warn everyone: DO NOT STAY HERE unless you enjoy suffering, wasting money, and being treated like your comfort doesn’t matter.

Pros:The location has accessibility.... To railway station and other places. Cons:The rooms have dampness and smell ...needs improvement.
