Amrutha Castle Hotel Review The outside view is the only good thing. Inside, the experience is terrible. Staff forced me to carry my own luggage, and the manager argued instead of helping. Rooms are dirty, full of cockroaches, and poorly maintained. No basic amenities — no plates, spoons, shower caps, brushes, or iron box. Furniture is broken, gym is useless, and bed sheets are not changed daily. Internet keeps failing, washroom taps are decades old and never cleaned. Staff behavior is rude, unprofessional, and service is pathetic — they only say “No” to every request. Food hygiene is missing, cleanliness is zero, and customer care is the worst. Strongly not recommended — avoid staying here.

One of the worst hotels to stay in Hyderabad... It's very shame to say that , eve after having such an architectural design and located in a prime location.. the people running this are spoiling it's legacy 😔 Poor service, very bad response from higher officials... Bathrooms have broken buckets and cups.. room ac not at all cooling ... When we try to report, they try to shout on us .. Have to ask for towels repeatedly if needed... Not having drinking water facilities in rooms... Don't know for what sake they are running this without any interest... Really Pathetic
