The rooms were the major problem, firstly no outside food allowed though it's fine since there is a buffet in the morning and hotel food is pretty good, especially the biryani; however the rooms, the ac wasn't functioning properly, we booked a room for 2 and they gave us one towel, not even soap, we had to call the service for that, the rooms were not clean either, I also found a Cockroach in my room, the cupboards were creaking and smelling, the mai shower wasn't working, had to use the smaller one, everything else was ok I guess, the food was amazing, the view from the hotel was bad but once u get out of the building it is just beautiful

Comfortable stay and nice atmosphere.

Booked via Booking.com on the same day after I reached Hyderabad and after the original booking was not honoured by the smaller hotel. Thanks to booking.com for upgrading me in this property. The room we got was a executive suite - which is very spacious. The service is also very good and responsive. Hotel has a good swimming pool as well as lots of open spaces to walk around. They also have a good Gymnasium. Room service serves tasty food. We had Biriyani twice. As the main reason for our trip was badminton for our son - the nearness to the Gopichand academy was a big reason why I booked this place.
