We had the privilege of having a Shabbat wedding at the hotel with an extended family. I must say that the experience was perfect. The food, cleanliness and service level were 10/10. I must mention Anastasia from the reception and Dark from the dining room who were above and beyond. Highly recommended.

I arrived for the weekend with a group of 10 couples. From the moment we made contact with the saleswoman Liora, everything was pleasant, decent, and reliable at the hotel. We were greeted with a smile by all the receptionists and staff. Absolutely unbelievable. We asked for a table for the whole group for dinner and Tarek immediately took care of us with ease. The table was set so beautifully. The food was amazing and plentiful both in the evening and in the morning. I will definitely come again with my groups. And I think many hotels have something to learn from this level of service. Thank you very much

Clean hotel, excellent service, and good food, but a disappointing pool. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Haifa for 3 nights (Thursday-Sunday), a couple + 3 children and a baby. We were given two rooms with a shared corridor that was closed, an excellent solution for our group. Cleanliness - high level, both in the rooms and in the public areas. Service - excellent. Maria at the reception provided excellent service from booking to receiving the rooms and during the stay. Hotel spaces - for those arriving with children - there are no green spaces or outdoor areas in the hotel's public areas. But there is a promenade and an amusement park about 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast - good value for money. There is almost no variety in the breakfasts from day to day, but there is enough selection and the children enjoyed it. Resort level. Friday dinner (the only dinner during the week) - tasty and relatively varied, very good value for money. Pool - Big disappointment: * Not heated, even though it is advertised as such. * Was not open on Sunday morning, without any advance notice or even a sign in place. We knew in advance that it was an indoor and relatively small pool, but we were surprised to find that the water was very cold even though it was supposed to be heated. Even the kids who usually run with cold pools were surprised by the temperature. The jacuzzi is warm and nice, which is a plus, especially for those who come with children because it overlooks the pool. The spa/pool was not open on Sunday morning and we were not informed about this in advance, even though I checked with the hotel when booking and also at the reception of the rooms. We do not go into the pool on Saturday, and it was a huge disappointment to promise the children during the Sabbath that we would go into the pool the next morning before leaving (Sunday), to organize the four children in the morning for the pool, and to arrive only to see that it was closed, without advance notice and even without a sign on the door informing about it. Just darkness. Big disappointment. The manager at the front desk replied: "Weren't you told at check-in?" Of course not, they told us the opposite, that it was open during our entire stay. Then: "Oh, there was a sudden malfunction and they are working there," even though they weren't actually working there. After that it became: "There is no lifeguard." The answers were out of place, and we ended our vacation with disappointment for both parents and children. ‎Summary: A clean hotel with excellent service and good food for the price, but the pool issue significantly damaged our experience and we ended our vacation with a bad taste.
