Thank you for making my stay a real pleasure. I like to mention Alberto, service person in the dinning area. Who assisted me at all time while in the dinning room. I am handicapped, his help ment a lot to me. I am with a group of גמלאים ונהנים רמת גן.
Rajat building in the area. The front desk staff is really good and polite. I was given a room with bay view, so that view was really amazing. Location is in the heart of Haifa. Breakfast is really good too. Now some drawbacks, rooms are not that great, there were small cockroach that used to come out from a storage in bathroom with broken wall and room service took 25mins average to send something as simple as water bottle which is not what I have ever seen.
Every thing was amazing but no shaver point in the bathroom. Breakfast was plentiful and of a good quality. Bed quite comfortable. Service was excellent . No usb point in bedroom. I would recommend this hotel. View was awesome
Great hotel with fantastic view of the bay of Haifa . I would like to really thanks the staff ( bar , reception, restaurant) who all have been super friendly and very efficient . The hotel restaurant is a buffet service ( am not a great fan of buffet ) but I still very much enjoyed my stay there . Next time in Haifa , I will definitely stay there
Not a pleasant hotel. Very basic rooms. Dirty. Screaming families down the hallways. Front desk told us they wouldn’t help us or move us rooms even though plenty were still available online. Window was duct taped shut and no air conditioning. Location was alright.
