The room has a noisy wardrobe and bright lights. It would be better if the lights were dimmer when you get up at night. The bed is not comfortable. Room service makes your bed and changes the towels every day, whether you ask or not. The evening meals are very good, but unfortunately there are few options suitable for Turkish cuisine at breakfast. It would be good if there was water provided in the rooms daily. The staff are friendly. The hotel is a 3-4 minute walk from the walls of Old Jerusalem.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Muslim-Friendly Stay at Holy Land Hotel Alhamdulillāh, I had a truly wonderful stay at Holy Land Hotel Jerusalem, and I highly recommend it, especially for Muslim families and groups. This is a Muslim-friendly hotel, and all food served is 100% halal. The breakfast and meals were delicious, fresh, and well prepared every day. The quality and taste of the food were excellent, and it was very comforting to eat with complete peace of mind. The staff were extremely polite, respectful, and professional. From reception to service staff, everyone was welcoming and always ready to help. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. A special appreciation goes to the cleaning crew, who did an outstanding job daily. Housekeeping was punctual, thorough, and very respectful of our privacy. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the Old City and major holy sites, making it very convenient for pilgrims visiting Masjid Al-Aqsa and surrounding areas. Overall, Holy Land Hotel offers excellent hospitality, cleanliness, halal food, and comfort. May Allah reward the entire team for their service. In shā’ Allāh, I look forward to staying here again.

It's only 10 minutes from Al-Aqsa Mosque. The rooms were a bit cold, but they quickly fixed the air conditioning problem. The food and breakfasts are fantastic. They make a fish dish that was absolutely delicious; I've never eaten such amazing fish in my life. It's a Muslim hotel, so you can stay there with peace of mind.

I paid for a hotel through Booking.com, but I couldn't stay there. I tried to cancel with a one-night cancellation fee, but the hotel won't refund the booking, even with the cancellation fee. I spoke with the hotel manager on WhatsApp; he's dishonest and hasn't refunded my money for two months. I don't recommend this hotel or its management at all!
