What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the Ben Yehuda Apartments for their excellent, central location close to the beach, restaurants, and transport, as well as their cleanliness and helpful staff. However, some guests found the rooms to be smaller and darker than depicted in photos, with some noting a lack of amenities like a washing machine.

Second time I've stayed there. Excellent atmosphere, excellent location, nice and clean rooms, warm and kind treatment, always checking if everything is okay and if you are missing something, which gives a pleasant feeling of home and family. Highly recommend.

I booked an apartment through Booking.com, and due to the war, I had changes to other bookings on Booking.com that forced me to move dates. Of course, Booking.com's customer service was involved. After the deadline came when any change in the booking was up to the hosts, I encountered a harsh and unpleasant attitude accompanied by incomprehensible stubbornness. I asked with six days' notice to move the vacation to a month ahead and encountered refusal after refusal. Everywhere in the world I had problems with bookings through Booking.com during the Corona/war period, everything was always resolved for the best. I will add that it was very difficult to reach them by phone. There was no answer on any extension and the number for bookings was not available at all. There is no logical explanation for why not to move dates. In the end, I preferred to pay a fine rather than stay with them. I would not go to these apartments even for free.
