What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the hotel's excellent and helpful service, central location, and good value, with many enjoying the breakfast and happy hour. We were only there for one night but it was a perfect experience. Of course the location is perfect. The service was excellent. Everyone is nice and patient. I loved the happy hour, there is plenty of food and drinks. The breakfast is nice and completely sufficient. The room was clean and cozy. Relatively spacious. We were happy with everything.

Central location, in Dezinghof Square. Small rooms but enough for sleeping. It was clean. The service was courteous. Breakfast on Saturday is rich and definitely nutritious

One of the worst experiences I've had staying at a hotel. We slept on a bed with the most uncomfortable mattress we've ever slept in anywhere. The first night we somehow managed to fall asleep, the second night we barely closed our eyes. On Saturday at 7 am we packed up and checked out. I don't know if we were "lucky" to get room 202 with the most uncomfortable mattress or if all the mattresses in the hotel are like that. Besides, the room with the balcony is really cramped. It's listed as 17 square meters, but to me it felt like 10 square meters at best. The balcony is shared with the other rooms on the floor. Exit to the balcony is through the window in the room. That is, there are 2 stairs that you have to climb, open a window and only then go out to the balcony and say hello to the neighbors. The only notable advantage of my arrival is the location of the hotel, but I'm far from convinced that it justifies the price. There is also a Happy Hour from 5 to 7 pm on the rooftop with cocktails, wines and champagnes as well as snacks included in the price.
