⭐ 1/5 — A disastrous service experience. From the moment I arrived, there was no attention to detail worthy of a hotel of this caliber. I was with my children and our luggage, and if I hadn't insisted on asking for help, no one would have come to assist us. No warm welcome, no greeting, no consideration whatsoever: we simply felt invisible. I finally got my room at 3:33 PM, only to discover it was poorly cleaned, dusty, and clearly lacking in cleanliness. And to top it all off, the safe wasn't working. Someone came to fix it and assured me the problem was resolved… but it still doesn't work. So I'm still waiting for a solution. The lack of organization, attention, and professionalism at reception and in the room is incomprehensible for an establishment that claims to offer high-end service. At this point, the level of service is more akin to that of a two-star hotel. And unfortunately, my impression is also that without regularly paying extra for even a modicum of attention, you risk being completely ignored. A huge disappointment. Room 220 - 09/30/2026

I stayed at the Dan Tel Aviv Hotel and the hospitality was of a very high standard. The staff was amazing, courteous and professional, the food was wonderful and the atmosphere was pleasant and luxurious. Everything was simply perfect, we enjoyed every moment and would definitely be happy to come back again.

Terrible hotel, don't go near it, service is beyond reproach They only give rooms for 15 after they've taken the soul out of the guest There's no lobby to sit and wait Noise and chaos at the entrance Give up At this price You'll find someone who wants to host you

We are at Dan Tel Aviv Amazing and professional service, the staff is dressed in uniforms, reception, rooms.. as it should be today, not jeans and the like.. Clean employees.. Shaved.. Smell good The number of service providers above and beyond does not skimp.. Clean towels in the pool, plenty of beds. Perfect sunbath. .. Food... endless selection.. Delicious and high quality.. Worth a shekel on vacation One of the best vacations in Israel Dan Hotel Tel Aviv (Not Dan Panorama, please note.)
