The room is very clean

Excellent apartment, everything you need, top quality, the staff here replied immediately when asked a question online, others hotels take note, not cheap, but I booked last minute, the apartment itself has it all, washer dryer plus a special feature in the bathroom that when you hang out your clothes the ventilation turns into a clothes dryer, they even supplied detergent. Nice cafe below as well, and the location is great, amongst little roads that are full of restaurants and bars and very quiet area, about 14 min walk to Golden Gai area and 7 mins to West gate of Shinjuku station. I will be back, thank you for your great service.

Staff couldn't be more helpful, room was pleasantly spacious and well appointed. The hotel is well located in a quiet side street of a busy area. Very clean with all modern amenities and fittings. There is a convenient coffee shop downstairs in reception with 5% discount for residents and a few local supermarket/corner shops very close by. Will definitely stay again

Awesome location, great rooms and friendly staff.

Stayed here multiple times, great value and location. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Apartments are nice and the bigger ones have a ton of storage and space. TV’s do not get NHK channels which was a down side. Close to multiple train stations.
