From the meeting of the MOPH that held in the hotel all was perfect including the staff and the mosiac restaurant the lunch was very delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful Thank you

Great service and delicious food in mosaic restaurent

Everything was wonderful, from the reception to the food. The manager, Allam Salim, was exceptional in every way. The entire team worked perfectly. He provided me with food and made me happy.

While the room is very clean, it could certainly benefit from some renovation and updating, what truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible team and overall experience. A heartfelt thank you to Allam, Yara, Samer, Elio, and Ayman for their outstanding hospitality, friendliness, and attention to detail throughout our stay. Special recognition also goes to Caline and Roy for taking such great care of our room and ensuring we felt comfortable and well looked after every day. They made a real difference. The food deserves special praise as well—absolutely delicious, generous in portions, and consistently enjoyable. Every meal was a highlight of our stay. Most importantly, the team went above and beyond to make my birthday truly special, creating wonderful memories that I will cherish( Ala’, Caline). In the end, while facilities can always be improved, it is the people and the experience that guests remember most. This amazing team more than made up for any shortcomings in the room and made our stay unforgettable. Thank you all for your warmth, care, and dedication. We look forward to coming back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I visited Amethyst Pool Bar & Lounge a few days ago and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was relaxing, the facilities were clean and well maintained, and the overall vibe made for a perfect day. The entire team was welcoming and professional, but I would especially like to thank Antar for his outstanding service. He was very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. His positive attitude and dedication truly made our visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Amethyst Pool Bar & Lounge to anyone looking for a great place to relax and unwind. I will definitely be visiting again!

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Phoenicia. The manager Allan Sleem is highly professional, presentable, and attentive to guests’ needs. The staff are amazing, friendly, and provide excellent service. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The InterContinental Phoenicia Beirut is an incredible property. The pool area is absolutely stunning and perfect for a relaxing day. We spent time at Amethyste restaurant, which had an amazing vibe, but the real highlight was the service. Mahmoud Antar was the best! He took exceptional care of us and made our visit unforgettable. Highly recommend!
