Radisson Blu Martinez Hotel

We had a great stay at the Radisson Blu Martinez in Beirut! There was a small hiccup during check-in, but the staff handled it immediately and went above and beyond to make things right. We even received an upgraded room, which was a very nice surprise and really showed the level of customer service here. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were always friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was another highlight! Everything was fresh, delicious, and there was a great selection to choose from each morning. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Excellent customer service, clean and comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and a convenient location in Beirut. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Definitely one of the best hotels in Beirut, very comfortable, well located, clean, and also ideal for families. I highly recommend it.

Everything in the hotel was fine, but they prevented me from making Arabic coffee in the room and they also prevented me from bringing in a heater for the coffee.
