Great place

The hotel is good and its location is excellent. It boasts a beautiful sea view, is clean, and the staff are professional. The rooms are clean, and the breakfast buffet offers a wide and varied selection from several cuisines around the world. The lounge staff are polite, and a special thank you to the head chef, Wissam, for his attention to our needs and for meeting all our requirements. Thank you, Ramad Hotel.

The reception was average, room service was poor, the furniture and room facilities were old, and the view from the rooms was bad.

The hotel is 5 stars, but it doesn't look like a 5, more like a 4-star hotel. It's clean, nice, and in a great location. However, their parking costs $10, which is blatant theft. Other hotels might charge a tip, but you shouldn't have to pay $10 every day for parking.

My experience at the hotel during a conference and dinner event was extremely positive and well organized. I would like to especially commend the chef of cuisine ( chef Haitham Atriss)and the pastry chef ( Mr Abdallah) and chef Hussein al Ghoul for the outstanding quality of the food. The dinner was delicious, well-presented, and clearly prepared with great attention to details. A special thanks as well to Miss Arlette and Mr Abdallah and the executive chef Mr Wissam Hamzeh throughout the event. They were professional, attentive, and very helpful, ensuring that all arrangements were handled perfectly. Their support greatly contributed to the success of the event. Overall, it was a very positive and memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for conferences and formal events.
