Wellington’s historic street fair, Thorndon Fair, returns on Sunday, December 6, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The event features over 250 stalls, diverse food options, local artisans, entertainment, and community activities along Tinakori Road and Hill Street. Established in 1977, it attracts more than 20,000 visitors annually, offering handmade treasures, art, plants, fashion, books, and more. Entry is via a gold coin donation supporting Thorndon School.
