Unfriendly staff, massage could be better

A reviewer paid for a 1-hour full body massage but only got about 40 minutes, with the therapist hurriedly leaving the room multiple times. Reception staff was described as rude/non-accommodating. Multiple users reported that the actual massage time was shorter than paid, therapists left often, and the staff seemed unprofessional (e.g., not asking preferred pressure, chatting during service).

I had a really good massage. The therapist was skilled and very professional. I definitely recommend this spa.

I asked for a foot and head massage for one hour. The massage lasted 45 minutes and she didn't even touch my feet. It was a basic one-hour massage. It was a massage, but not what I wanted!

I took the signature treatment and i enjoyed a lot. The body felt clean and fresh and the massage was great. The desk person was accommodating and the massage lady was friendly and lovely

They don't have chairs for foot massage. But rooms clean, looks good, have air conditioner. Food massage skills was okay. Good price per 1 hour, i recommend it. Upd: I visited it again, and the girl tried to do massage 40 minutes instead 60. After i said it was only 40, she continued until 55 minutes. Weird. Massage skills was not so good like before also. -1 star for trying cheating with time. Upd2: other place was busy, so i come here again. Massage was ok, time was normal, 1 hour. So, generally it's ok.

Great experience here! Had the package that was recommended by the receptionist, the watermelon scrub + massage. Was 2 hours in total and everything was perfect really. Receptionist and the masseuse were both friendly. Temperature was right all the time. The pressure and technique good. Not sure how some people managed to have a bad experience here really.
