Luxebridge Suites Davao

Our stay at Luxebridge was just okay, but there is definitely room for improvement—particularly in service consistency and communication. 1. Breakfast Inclusion (Continental Option) Continental breakfast was clearly listed as one of the free breakfast options. However, every time we requested it as part of the included breakfast, we were told it was not available. Strangely, when we chose to order and pay for it, the same items were available at the restaurant. This was very misleading and confusing. If continental breakfast is not actually included in the free options, it would be more honest and professional to clearly state that, rather than repeatedly saying it is unavailable when requested as part of the package. 2. Breakfast Vouchers During our first stay, vouchers for the entire duration were provided upfront, which made everything smooth and convenient. However, during our recent stay, vouchers were not given at check-in. We were asked to go to the front desk daily to request them, which added unnecessary hassle—especially since the stay was already fully paid and breakfast was supposedly included. This change in process was inconvenient, unclear and was NOT CONVEYED. 3. Room Key Activation We stayed for 5 days, and each day we had to return to the front desk to reactivate our key cards. This became quite inconvenient, especially after long working hours when you just want to rest. Overall, the experience felt inconsistent and unnecessarily stressful for what should have been a relaxing stay. Clear communication, consistent service, and honoring what is advertised would greatly improve the guest experience.

I haven't booked yet, I just went for a meeting. It has a good location for business trip.

The service was friendly and helpful. For the price of an overnight stay, the hotel is absolutely recommendable. It was very clean, and there was plenty of space to walk. I can recommend it.

The service was really disappointing because the front desk staff did not seem sure about our booking and extension. It felt like there was no proper communication between them, which caused us a lot of inconvenience during a very special and important day for our family. We truly hope you can improve your service and coordination so that other guests will not experience the same problem again in the future.

Great location near S&R, convenience store, Pharmacy and restaurants nearby. A massage spa can just be found downstairs just make sure to book an appointment earlier. Clean rooms and cozy lounge. Nice and accommodating staffs.

Poor services

The employees services toward us made me do this rating. They were very accomodating and doing their effort to meet your expectation.

Simple but great place to stay! - Location was good & near the food/cafes spots. - Room was enough for 2 & clean - Friendly staff Improvements: the sticker designs on the walls were already starting to peal off but still a good place despite that.

Cozy Ambiance. I love the Christmas Spirit at the Hotel.
