Gay Saunas in Pasig
Pasig has some of Metro Manila's most reliable gay men's spas. Most are in or around the Ortigas Center business district. They combine wet facilities—steam rooms, dry saunas, and pools—with massage services and a discreet, members-style social atmosphere. They stay open late and are strictly for adult men; bring a valid ID.
Where to Find Them
The main cluster is in Ortigas Center, on the Pasig side, with one more in the Kapitolyo dining strip. All are easy to get to on the MRT-3 (Ortigas and Shaw Boulevard stations) or by Grab.
Pasig's Gay Sauna Venues
27Shaw Spa
27Shaw Spa on Shaw Boulevard is Pasig's most established gay men's spa, the flagship of the 27Shaw brand. It's spread over multiple levels, with a heated pool, steam room, dry sauna, showers, and various massage services. Its layout feels more spacious and private than most. The crowd is a mix of professionals and regulars. It opens from early afternoon until early morning.
W Onsen and Spa
W Onsen and Spa is on the upper floors of the i-Fern Corporate Building in Ortigas. It takes inspiration from Japanese onsen culture. Expect hot and cold pools, steam rooms, and dry saunas in a clean, calm setting, plus massage services. It draws a varied crowd looking for both relaxation and low-key socializing.
Infinity Spa – Kapitolyo
In Kapitolyo, Infinity Spa is part of the Philippines' largest men's-spa chain. Its branch, on the upper ground floor of the JNCV Building on Pasig Boulevard, has the usual mix of sauna, steam, and massage in an easygoing setting. It keeps late hours, popular with a local crowd.
What to Expect
Weekend evenings, especially Friday and Saturday, are the busiest and most social; weekday afternoons are quieter. Facilities are generally clean and well kept, and staff are on hand. As anywhere, respect and consent are essential—a polite refusal is always fine, personal space and boundaries should be observed, and good hygiene in communal areas is expected.
Tips for Your Visit
Getting There
Grab is the simplest way to reach any of the spas; just enter the address. On public transport, the MRT-3 Ortigas and Shaw Boulevard stations are closest, then it's a short taxi or jeepney ride.
What to Bring
You'll pay an entrance fee and get a locker key and towel. Bring a government-issued ID—entry is 18+ and staff may ask for it.
Safety and Etiquette
Keep valuables in your locker, respect other guests' privacy, and tell staff if you feel uncomfortable. These are semi-public spaces, so ordinary caution and courtesy go a long way.
