Chang Thai Massage Spa

We have been visiting Chang every 2 weeks with family and friends since November 2025 and never encountered an issue of bringing our kid inside the massage area. To avoid our kid being rowdy, we always provide headphone and masseurs even provided him with pillow and blankets. Last night was different. She is new to us, the receptionist and while we are ready for a massage, she informed us that the kid needs to be outside. A 6 yr old kid with autism. But the masseur was kind enough to say our kid can stay since she is not bothering anyone. However, that receotionist came back 20min end of the massage of my wife that our kid needs to go as someone from the other room complained. Mind you, my mom in law is in the other room and she did not even hear our son shouting. Even the masseur said its only 20min left and my wife can finish the massage. My wife ended up not having to complete the session to take care of my son in the receiving area. Worst, the receptionist just brushed it off and did not even explain the situation. We always say sorry if we think our son bothered anyone but that receptionist has no empathy.

I was expecting a relaxing foot massage but what i experienced was the opposite. This spa needs to train its people.

My sister and I Was here Last week,! Service was very good, overall massage with ate Ellen was excellent. Unfortunately the bad experience we had was the lady in front desk name Claire. She was so unfriendly and mataray, I do understand her if she's not feeling well at that time but being so rude and mataray, looks not good, she was so unfriendly. But massage experience here was excellent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Just called a few minutes ago to reserve 7pm for 2 people. The receptionist sounded irritated. Didnt push through with the reservation.

Loved my 90-min Thai Massage with Oil! My masseuse was soooo good!! She knew exactly what she was doing. The way she stretched me at the end and cracked my back (in the best way) was super satisfying, like I couldn’t stop talking about it even the next day. Honestly, one of the best massages I’ve had. Just came back from Thailand and this felt even better, 10/10. It was so good that when I tried the C5 branch after, I got disappointed because it didn’t even come close. Only small downside is the bathroom could be cleaner and the other masseuses were a bit loud, but overall the massage and the vibe here were amazing.
