It's relaxing and the staff is nice too. I love itt
I got a massage from them because the other branch of the spa I was going to was closed, and my back was really sore. I wanted to relax and somehow get rid of my back pain. But guess what, after the massage my body hurt even more. In the massage area, there was a fan pointed at me, I didn't even have a blanket on. The therapist was inconsistent in his massage, especially when it came to my head, he almost just pressed my head. Another thing, how can your client relax if you are chatting with your colleague who is on the other side. There is nothing wrong with chatting, the bad thing is that you have a client who paid to relax somehow but the therapist's noise makes it impossible. NEVER AGAIN TO THIS SPA. SO WE ENTERED A DIFFERENT PLACE.
Service, fail Cleanliness, fail Price, fail. 1.5 hours not completed. Nagmamadali masseus
hello my husband and I had a massage today around 10:35pm done by 11:38pm.. my husband's massage was ok but mine was not satisfied. your massage therapist was talking while massaging me and she rushed the process of massaging me, especially on my head😓 I felt soo disappointed. I hope next time you are not allowed to talk while working.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Surat Thani Spa, and I must say it was an above-average experience that exceeded my expectations. My therapist (Dylan) was highly skilled and also attentive to my specific concerns, ensuring that the pressure applied was perfect, creating a seamless flow of relaxation throughout the session. I will definitely pay a visit again soon.
