Amazing hotel! Super clean, modern bathrooms and very friendly staff! Was right by several cafés, SM mall and fast food restaurants, perfect location!

Didn't get hot water for 2 out of 3 days of our stay even after multiple complaints in my room number 202. Other than that decent hotel with good wifi and breakfast and location. The restaurant staff even considered our vegetarian/vegan requirements.

Large, extremely clean rooms. The staff are very polite. There is a free airport shuttle service. Only the breakfast is a little weak.

The room was small and uncomfortable. We had a view of a garbage dump through the balcony bars. The air conditioning was very noisy and couldn't be adjusted. There was no refrigerator, and the closet was very small, and nowhere to dry wet clothes. At some point the hot water became cold and this problem was not resolved until we left. Breakfast was announced as starting at 6:30 a.m., but it actually started at 7 a.m. It was very meager and tasteless. I wouldn't recommend it.

This hotel is very modern and extremely clean. It’s about 10 minutes with traffic away from the airport and the hotel offers a complimentary hourly shuttle service to the airport. Beds are extremely comfortable. They also offer an included breakfast with some cooked meals, toast, coffee as well as an egg / omelette station. Around the hotel you have easy access to both the town (shops and restaurants) as well as the food market by the sea. Special mention for Janna on reception as she was extremely helpful

Hi everyone! It was really lovely there. The room was large and very clean! I felt very comfortable. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I can absolutely recommend the hotel! The only downside is the basic breakfast!

It was a nightmare; they put wedding guests in the room opposite ours, which resulted in shouting, noise, and music from 6 a.m. Despite complaining to reception, nothing was done. And the same problem occurred at breakfast.

Absolutely horrible stay. A wedding preparation took place literally right in front of our room — blasting music, shouting, and laughter from 6am. I complained to the receptionist, who did absolutely nothing. The manager was “too busy” to deal with guests. Zero respect for people trying to rest. To make it worse, the breakfast was disgusting : poor quality and no taste at all. This place has no sense of hospitality. Avoid at all costs.

We had a nice stay in this hotel. The location is perfect for our visit-it's within walking distance to Baywalk, to the Cathedral, restaurants malls, supermarkets, drugstores. There's a nearby laundry. Public transport (trike and jeep) is accessible. I just hope management will do something about the foul smell in the kitchenette of the room we stayed in soon.
