Worst hotel experience of my life. We found a very good deal on Agoda and it had good opinions there so we booked it. We arrived around 8pm to the place and from the moment you get there, something felt odd. When we came to our room we could immediately smell there was mold in the room. When we went inside the bathroom there was mold in the sink, walls, shower, window, everywhere. We immediately started looking for a different place to stay at and sat by the pool to do it, because the smell in the room was terrible. When we got to the pool are, there were 2 woman (that looked and behaved like prostitutes) that were in the pool talking on face time with camera on with some guys while other people were swimming there. When they finished talking one of them broke the glass with her drink inside the pool. When we got to reception to say that we demand a full refund and we’re getting to a different place. They told us that the manager can only offer us a change of rooms, but of course we declined. After all we got a full refund through Agoda, but it was a horrible experience. The road to get to hotel was really bumpy, but I guess it could not be their fault.

Booked this place at a cheap price on the exact night I checked in. The room was clean and came with a mini fridge stocked with beverages (consumable with payment), a basic TV, and a hot and cold shower. Sadly, they don’t provide free slippers or toothbrushes. The pool was clean and perfect for a late-night swim. Pool hours are usually from 9 AM to 9 PM, but you can politely ask for an extension. They also observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM. The staff were nice and accommodating, and they also have a restaurant that serves food until 9 PM. The only downside for me was that the room ceiling was noisy because of rats running around. It’s also located a few meters away from the main road.

A terrible hotel trying to pass itself off as a luxury hotel! At first glance, the hotel looks very nice with its small lodges and a beautiful pool. The pool is indeed very beautiful and huge, but that's the only positive point. The standard room is extremely basic, with a 120cm bed for two and sheets with holes. As for the bathroom, it clearly hasn't been cleaned; there are serious hygiene problems with hair and indescribable residue in the shower, which is barely functional. The towels are yellowed and torn. For the price, one could perhaps not complain, but sleeping in such filth and discomfort is a deal-breaker.
