Canvas Boutique Hotel

My friend and I stayed here for around 3 weeks whilst we were on placement in the hospital next door. We couldn't have asked for more. It was the perfect place for us to stay. All staff were so helpful and kind - we got to know them well. We were MORE than comfortable in our room - which had an excellent bathroom, spacious beds and good aircon. We also visited the restaurant and pool many times and enjoyed!!! Honestly couldn't recommend Canvas enough. We were very grateful to be able to stay here and so well looked after :)

Close to the airport, only a 10-minute walk away. Free airport shuttle is also available. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with freshly made pancakes and various fried eggs. One day during my stay I didn't have time for breakfast (6:30 am), so they offered takeaway service – very convenient! The only minor drawback is that the pool isn't very clean.

Booked for close proximity to the airport and wasn't expecting much but it was surprisingly delightful! The free breakfast was quite good and the staff was friendly and accommodating. There was a playpen for our toddler so it was nice to keep him occupied. We enjoyed our stay.

BED BUG Alert! We were happy at first as the room looked clean. But we found a BEDBUG during the night. We showed the hotel who told us they would refund but only via our request with trip.com. After some back and forth the hotel replied via trip.com that they won’t refund as we have checked out. Would not recommend. And only trust them on writing. Took us so much effort and time doing the cleaning and liaison which DISAPPOINTED us sooo much!

A nice hotel with an excellent restaurant! The location is great – very close to the airport terminal (the shuttle literally takes 3 minutes). Don't worry, there are no overnight flights, so you can get a good night's sleep. There are plenty of rental shops nearby (cars, bikes). Across the street, there's a large souvenir shop with a section selling sea pearls. The hotel itself has spacious rooms, and housekeeping was excellent. There's a nice pool with warm water.

Very nice hotel. Big rooms, great shower, comfortable bed. Breakfast and dinner in restaurant was good.

Hotelroom is very dirty and it’s directly at a very noisy street. The complete night motorbikes and tuctucs were driving around. I can only recommend to book another hotel.

We were skeptical of the resturant within the hotel as the reviews weren't great but it was actaully quite good. Breakfast buffet didn't disappoint either. Customer service was excellent, had good price laundry service, and free shuttle to airport but its close enough to walk for backpackers. Rooms are large, and clean. Can't speak for all rooms but ours could use a deep clean of mold in the showers, wasn't worried though. Pool was a delight. Extended my checkout by a few hours, cost 800php, worth it to have a shower and chill before my evening flight.

We got a luxurious, bright and clean room. Everything was excellent. Highly recommended.
