I have been a loyal client of New York Spa since 2022. I still remember its simpler look back then, and I am thrilled to say that fast-forward to today, I am still a regular visitor who deeply loves the ongoing upgrades and improvements to their amenities. It is truly one of the best massage spas I’ve ever been to in the metro. The massage quality here is absolute top-notch, and every single therapist—from the seasoned pros to the new hires—is so exceptionally well-trained that they all bring their own unique touch and specialized routine to the table. Beyond the massage beds, the overall team deserves two massive thumbs up. The receptionists, the door staff, and the four dedicated attendants are incredibly accommodating, gentle, friendly, and always ready to assist you. The facilities are wonderful despite having a slightly smaller footprint compared to mega-spas in the city. One recent upgrade I really appreciate is the new one-way glass styling on the sauna room: you can clearly see outside from within, but people on the outside can't peer in, giving you complete privacy. The jacuzzi starts at a perfectly comfortable, warm temperature, though it can run a bit cool if you stay in for a long time; luckily, the attentive staff will instantly warm it up for you upon request. They are also incredibly generous with personal touches, providing custom vanity kits, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and extra towels whenever you ask. If you're coming straight from a long day at work, they’ll even provide a proper hanger and hamper outside your locker, so your suit or long-sleeved shirts don't get wrinkled. To round out the experience, they have a great television setup in the reception lounge, a jacuzzi where you can stay and relaxfor as long as you want, and a beautifully quiet balcony that offers a relaxing, scenic view of Tomas Morato. My only real critique is actually aimed at my fellow clients rather than management. Some guests can be quite careless—forgetting to flush the toilets or leaving damp towels, shorts, and robes strewn around. The attendants work incredibly hard and follow a tight cleaning schedule, but they are very busy, so it takes a collective effort to keep the space pristine. Overall, even with the inevitable post-pandemic adjustments, New York Spa remains my absolute go-to for a perfect Swedish or combination massage. Highly recommended!
5 stars. for staff services and therapist. I will come back here again for sure highly recommended Therapist: Mac great, never misses, never idle. You are worth your money for their services the rest amenities... so so.. it was probably a bit crowded when I went I wish I could go to the sauna. But it was full. but anyway.. better luck next time.
Dirty place and receptionist are so rude as if they own the place they wont even greet you with a smile or ask you they will never speak to you unlike 7 years ago the front receptionist are nice and friendly. so i am not coming back since i was a regular client since 2009 just came back from US and was shock that this people from the front are so unfriendly….
Solid massage here, very relaxing and highly recommended.
This place is awful. The sauna / steam room / jacuzzi are really dirty, and don't get that hot. The locker room area is also really dirty. Overall, bad experience. I didn't try the massages, just came for the facilities.
