What reviewers say

Visitors praise the Rivertain Hotel's excellent downtown location, clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds, and good amenities like Netflix and high-tech appliances. However, some guests found the bathroom design inconvenient with water leaking from the shower, and a few experienced issues with cleanliness such as finding hair or even centipedes.

The location is right next to the highway bus station. The staff are helpful but don't speak any English. The room is large but the soundproofing is poor.

Cheap but surprisingly well-equipped despite its small size 😂 There are three types of phone charging cables by the bedside. The bathtub is quite large and has a massage function. There's a bidet toilet seat and nice bathrobes. The breakfast selection is quite generous, featuring both Chinese and Korean options 👍

I came here last year on a trip with my University & even though the location has a bit of a night life, I barely heard noise from my room. This was my 1st time in Sout Korea & visiting Daegu. The room is spacious & so was the bathroom for a room by myself. The lighting is fine since I'm sensitive to how bright kights are & I had such a good sleep after a long day. I definitely recommend this hotel if I were to visit Daegu again!

Hotel: (3-person room) Transportation: Very convenient by bus and subway; many attractions are within walking distance. Room: The triple room can accommodate three 28-inch suitcases, and there's walking space. It's very clean; even without shoes, it doesn't feel dirty. The room has a portable air conditioner that can dry clothes and deodorize, which is very useful. The room is cleaned daily, keeping it tidy and quiet. The toilet only has a bathtub; a larger tub would be more suitable for elderly guests. Breakfast: The staff worked hard; during our 7-day stay, the breakfast was different and varied each day, and the elderly guests all enjoyed it. The hotel staff were polite.

Located in the heart of the city, busy drinking young people gather the area at night. Room is clean and modern, with a Samsung high tech cloth drying machine. Bed is large and comfortable, the bathroom is also nicely equipped. No problem with the front desk service although they are always cool on face.
