What reviewers say

Visitors praise the hotel for its convenience as a short-term stay for flights, with many finding the rooms clean and comfortable for a few hours of rest. However, some guests complain about the building's confusing layout and the shuttle service only picking up from Terminal 1, causing difficulties for those arriving at Terminal 2.

The room had a weird smell, and the bed was very hard. The mattress also moved around easily. In addition, the shuttle van staff told us the ride was free, but then charged us 30,000 KRW. Meanwhile, the subway only costs 1,300 KRW.

Bad service I unreasonable extra charge Very rude reception If you have new one pls. Go away 6 adult 2 kids!!!!! Our group consists of 6 adults and 2 children (8 people in total), and I had already reserved 3 single rooms in advance. However, I was charged an extra 20,000 KRW per room (totaling 60,000 KRW), despite there being no room upgrade or any additional services provided. This charge was neither clearly communicated nor reflected in the booking details, which I find quite concerning. I kindly request a clear explanation for these additional fees and would appreciate it if you could review this matter and consider an appropriate resolution. In addition, I was very disappointed with the attitude of the reception staff, who were unprofessional and discourteous during our interaction. This made the overall experience even more unpleasant. I look forward to your prompt response.

The hotel is well located next to the airport. The bedding is very poor, the bed extremely hard, and the air conditioning was noisy all night. We had a room on the top floor, and the air conditioners were on the roof. In short, a sleepless night. The rooms are a bit dated but clean.

What can I say, you get what you pay for. If you just need a place to sleep for a long layover, it serves his purpose.
