There is no concierge. Don't be fooled by the low price. The toilet was unusable, and when I went to the toilet on the first floor, there wasn't a single room with toilet paper. It was a terrible experience. In Japan, something like this would never happen in a hotel, even in the most rural area.

This place is more like an Airbnb. The front desk was not helpful. Location is good if you want to be nearer to the airport. Otherwise, not much to do around there. A few coffee shops, convenient stores, and restaurants in the area. It’s about 40 km away from central. I would recommend to find accommodation in the Center of the city instead. Especially if this is your first time in Seoul. We stayed here because we had a 13 hour layover so we wanted something inexpensive and close to the airport.

Big Dude with the spec glasses at the front desk is very rude. No help at all I mean worst service I’ve had so far in Korea. I was polite and asked him a simple question he refused to help said that’s not his job. Other than that the hotel was super nice. Usually don’t write reviews at all but felt the need to. Wouldn’t even look at me when I asked another question just put his hand in my face. Unreal

The view was very good and it was clean. It was inconvenient because there were no hangers. Everything else was fine.

We booked an apartment for four people through AirB&B for one night, but we didn't know it was a hotel. The apartment is large and has a beautiful view, self-check-in, and cleanliness could be improved. Everything is in Korean; I couldn't even turn off the heating. There are a few restaurants in the area, but not a single shop, a bit sad. It's a good option for getting to Incheon Airport, whether arriving or departing, but really, nothing more.

This 2 star hotel exceeds expectations, it is outshining 5 star hotels ive been too. No noise, very clean, self check in at the reception took maybe 30 seconds. Airport is close, 7eleven 1 minute away. Excellent
