The worst hotel I’ve stayed in. In the photos uploaded on google, the rooms might look big but in reality they are very small. There are no charging ports in the room. The rooms feels very suffocating and the location of the hotel is the worst, everything from malls to markets to tourist places is at least 20-30 minutes away from the hotel’s location
Old hotel, leaking room. And last day we order taxi to airport, but when we checked out they haven't ordered the taxi yet.
Good Service
It's very close to Ramkhamhaeng University. I highly recommend it to anyone coming to take exams.
Before discussing the negatives, I'd like to point out that: The service staff at the hotel entrance lacked even the most basic professionalism in dealing with guests. Upon entering the hotel, they asked for my name and began laughing, making fun of me, and speaking in Thai, which I only partially understand. One of them even called me stupid. The hotel is old, dilapidated, and overpriced. I will now list the negative aspects of the hotel that I experienced during my stay: 1- The hotel is very old, dating back to the 1980s. 2- The hotel is very far from amenities. 3- The road leading to the hotel is very difficult to access, and there is construction work along the entire route. 4- The hotel is almost empty, with only a very few guests. 5- The hotel's rating needs to be reviewed by the tourism authority; it doesn't qualify as a 3-star hotel. Please be aware that Agoda and Booking.com are only interested in making money. 7. The internet and internal routers are very slow (first generation), if they even work at all. 8. The electrical outlets in the room are inadequate and poorly located.
