It's all my fault. The shop's pricing was transparent, and I confirmed the no-tip option beforehand (with both the shop and the masseuse). Yet they still forced me to pay 1000 baht. I just wanted a normal massage.
Phoo & Sin were great!
The worst experience today. Therapist Ken asked for 500 baht extra after the entire massage experience WITHOUT letting me know ahead of time. This is on top of the minimum tip of 1000 baht which I paid for prior. We started at 2:15PM and ended at 3:00PM. THIS IS MY LAST AT THIS SPA AND WITH THAT THERAPIST. For their future clients: make Sure to clear and set the expectations in the beginning so you wont have to experience what i did.
Professional and accommodating. Clean, well groomed, and polite therapist.
It was a little hard to find the first time; basically, if you take a Grab scooter, you'll be dropped off nearby. The room's music and lighting were very comfortable, making you feel relaxed. My massage was done by Arty, who was very professional, with just the right amount of pressure. She knew exactly where my sore spots were and addressed them accordingly. She was also very kind and friendly, making me feel completely at ease.
Massage was very wonderful but i expect sauna and jackuzi which was not available
