Aloft hotel and hostel pattaya

Not okay. The accommodation was nothing like what was advertised on Agoda. I booked a Deluxe room with a large bed and balcony, but the amenities were not as described. The hallway was scary, dark, and unclean. There was no elevator. The water in the bathroom was dirty, muddy, and smelled bad. I couldn't shower or wash my face because the water pressure was low. There was no soap provided. Bottled water was left on the floor outside the room before check-in. Why not put it in the refrigerator? There was a TV, but it was unusable. The air conditioner didn't work. Overall, it was a very bad experience. There was no security at all except for locking the room door.

I've stayed here before, but this time my experience was terrible. I stayed for 7 days and the room was only cleaned once. Even after I told the staff, they only went in and straightened the bed. The towels were dirty; I used the same towels for 7 days. They deliberately cut off the water. There's no hot water at all. I wouldn't stay here again even if they gave me the room for free. 😔

Very buffalo

I visited this place a total of three times and stayed in a Standard Room. I was worried about negative reviews, but it turned out to be unnecessary. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the towels and bedding were all spotless. Based on my experience from three visits, it seems that bad reviews mainly occur when travelers staying in dormitories expect much more than the price they paid. However, there is room for improvement. I never once saw them cleaning the hallways. I presume this is because the two housekeepers are working incredibly hard cleaning so many rooms. Since it is located on the roadside, you can easily get around by taking a 10-baht songthaew. It was a good stay.

Worst bunk bed ever. They don’t clean the rooms at all. When we get there they said take any bed you want, when all the bed are dirty ( I mean items, towels and clothes of previous travelers are still there).

I had a very disappointing experience at Aloft Hotel Pattaya. The service was far below expectations—staff seemed untrained, inattentive, and unhelpful when issues were raised. The room was not properly cleaned, with noticeable dust and an unpleasant smell upon arrival. Basic amenities were either missing or not functioning properly. Noise levels were also a major problem, making it difficult to rest, especially at night. For the price paid, the overall experience did not match the standards expected from a hotel of this category. I would not recommend staying here, as there are far better options available in Pattaya for the same or even lower cost.

It's hard to rate this type of accommodation. Check-in is done without an administrator, and after payment, you receive an email with instructions. You go up to the top, fourth floor, and the stairs are a mess, making it feel unwelcome. When you enter the room, there are 15 bunk beds in five rows, and you take any available bed. It feels like a hospital or something. The thin bedspreads might not help if you shiver at night. But I was fine. The sink and mirror need cleaning; they feel like they haven't been cleaned in a month. The only downside is that the hostel is clean, and the air conditioning works well, but not to the point of freezing. Considering the price is 130 baht, it's hard to give an adequate rating. However, there are nice hostels for 200 baht, not much more expensive, where you can stay more comfortably. This option is the most budget-friendly and the most extreme. It's not terrible, but it's not exactly comfortable either. It's okay for a night's stay, but the conditions are still spartan. What I'd like to add: If they wipe down the sink and mirror, add a cozy feel to the stairwell (it feels like you're entering some industrial space), add thick bedspreads, and add curtains on the beds, it would be a solid B, a good budget option. But due to the lack of these features, I can't give it higher than a C.

We needed a room at the last minute, so we booked the aloft hotel. It was cheap, the staff were very nice. The room was dirty, and in need of a very good clean. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were clean.

This property uses fake reviews. If you don't believe me, check my reviews for the previous month. I travel a lot and always leave objective reviews. This property looks abandoned inside, and from the first coming in you can smell a cat toilet that stands dirty. Than you can see a lazy staff that never goes up to men dormitory for checking its state. In case of complaining you are asked to bring them photos!!! I wonder who is at work me or the staff??? Agoda demonstrates and describes the facilities that don't exist or have time limitation 1. Toilitaries are empty dispensors 2. Towels are smelling as if they are given after a previous customer 3. Dirty and smelly trashbin at the entrance to the mixed dorm room where i am still staying because there is no money refund 4. Dirty and smelly and blocked showers and toilets, the most exotic attractions are *** the urino in the toilet for man: after using the urino i splashed water and my pee and all this stuff went out to the floor right to my feet *** connected sinks in the men and women toilets: when you use any of the sinks the used water goes directly to another sink through draining ...it proves that the draining has never been cleaned *** when i invited the lady from the front desk to the excurssion to mixed dorm she offerd me to bring her photos And this is not the whole list of dirty and terrible things i have experienced for 2 nights...3 nights are coming soon)) Tommorow I am checking out. Today I have come to the front desk to update the information about yesterday request for the staff and require them to do at least anything with my complaints because the SHOW IS GOING ON (see my updated video). The boss lady told me she could do nothing about ...it sounded like i was going to do nothing and there was no use to disturb me ... BE CAREFUL AND PUT THIS PLACE IN YOUR BLACK LIST
