Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya

Our recent stay at Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya was truly memorable, made even more special by the outstanding hospitality of the team. A big thank you to P Fluke for the prompt replies, accommodating our booking changes, and taking note of our requests before arrival. We also want to thank P Eve and P JJ for the warm welcome the moment we arrived at the hotel. They always have a smile on their faces. It genuinely felt like coming home. We were delighted to receive an upgrade to a seaview room. The newly renovated room was amazing, modern, stylish, and perfectly in line with the Hard Rock vibe. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a cake and roses waiting in the room for our anniversary celebration. Now, that's what exceptional service looks like. Although renovation works were ongoing, they hardly affected our stay as we spent most of our time at the pool, gym, and exploring outside the hotel. The housekeeping team on Level 8 was fantastic. Every staff member greeted guests warmly whenever we passed by. We left a note requesting alligator and elephant towel creations, not expecting much as it seemed quite specific. To our surprise, we returned just an hour later to find the room beautifully tidied and our requests perfectly fulfilled. Definitely give it a try during your stay, and don't forget to leave a tip for the hardworking housekeeping team! 😉 The hotel's facilities were also exceptionally well maintained. The pool was a highlight, with underwater music creating a unique atmosphere, and the slides were great fun for both adults and children. There were daily pool activities to keep guests entertained, and the gym was well equipped and fantastic to use. During our stay, there seemed to be some activity taking place between 645am-745am from Tuesday to Thursday. We could hear someone speaking through a microphone during that period, which made it difficult to sleep in late. We were not sure whether the noise was coming from the hotel or from the beach. The pump on the shower amenity bottles is also too short. I had to press it multiple times to dispense a sufficient amount, rather than getting a full pump with one press. As for Starz Diner, we also wish that there is more Thai food options for breakfast. All in all, we definitely recommend to stay here. We can't wait to return again.

I stayed there last week. The hotel has been newly renovated. The atmosphere by the pool was very relaxing. The pool is very large, and the overall ambiance was wonderful.

A beautiful hotel with an excellent staff. Comprehensive facilities including a swimming pool, gym, and sauna, along with all necessary health and fitness services. Located directly on the beach. Near malls and grocery stores in a prime location in Pattaya. I will definitely visit again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The bed was especially comfortable, and all the in-room amenities were of a high standard, making our stay very relaxing. One of the highlights of the hotel is the large swimming pool, which is perfect for both relaxing and having fun. We also loved the live music during the day, which creates a unique atmosphere and fits perfectly with the Hard Rock theme. The location is slightly away from the busiest parts of the city center, but it is still within walking distance. For those who prefer not to walk, motorbike taxis and Grab are readily available and very convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic stay. Great rooms, excellent facilities, a wonderful pool area, and a lively atmosphere make this hotel an easy recommendation. We would happily stay here again on our next trip to Pattaya.

The rooms are beautiful and newly decorated, with some parts currently under renovation. The food is delicious, the burgers are excellent. The staff provides good service.

I've been longing to stay at this facility for over 10 years. After finally staying there, I found it to be a "hotel where you can stay in a very pleasant atmosphere." I'm a big fan of hard rock and heavy metal, so I was interested in the concept, but after staying there, I realized the main attraction was the wonderful service and reactions of every single staff member, not just the suit-wearing front desk staff, but also the porters, cleaning staff, and security guards. (I had booked a standard-grade room, not a suite.) For example, during check-in, I arrived before my check-in time, completed the procedures, left my luggage, had lunch outside the grounds, and returned. I was relaxing on a deck chair in the vast pool area, far from the front desk and completely out of sight, when I was surprised when a front desk staff member went out of their way to call me from the distant garden and said, "Mr., your room is ready." What's particularly noteworthy is that there was a Thai man among the porters who could speak Japanese, and I was amazed by his Japanese language skills and hospitality. He had lived in Japan for three years. His name is "Yacht" (We have received permission from him to publish his name and picture) Japanese people, please try to find him near the main entrance Any staff member will do, "Yacht, you (ka, ka)" (Meaning, "Is Yacht here?") (Or you can speak in English, or even in broken Japanese like "Someone who speaks Japanese!", and they will probably understand) (Showing them a picture of his name tag is also fine) If you call out, anyone will kindly tell you whether he is there or not He is sometimes at the reception counter late at night His shifts change between day and night, but he is a pleasant person, so if you meet him, you will surely feel at ease, and he is reliable as he can teach you many things Yacht said, "I want to go to Japan again" So when I said, "If you come, I will pick you up at Narita Airport by car," he was very happy He was such a wonderful person that I wanted to do something like that for him We exchanged contact information and hoped to meet again.

Lovely staff.... a special thank you to Sassy, such a lovely, caring lady, we loved seeing her smiling face at breakfast every morning, beautiful person. All the staff are amazing, our room was recently renovated and was lovely with everything you need. Massages were amazing at the Spa, Atom is an amazing masseuse and such a nice lady. Pool is devine.... Awesome hotel to stay at, stayed there 3 times and will be back again!! Paula Anderson
