SCAM SCAM SCAM Alert, Guys!!! These people will scam you. This is by far the worst hotel and the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We booked a room in advance and arrived late to check in. When we got there, the staff told us that our room was “under maintenance.” Instead of providing the room we had booked, they tried to send us to another hotel across the road called K&T Hotel—a much cheaper and lower-standard hotel. The shocking part is that K&T Hotel is actually owned by them. Since that hotel doesn’t get many bookings, they continue accepting reservations under this hotel’s name even when they have no rooms available, then move guests to K&T Hotel instead. This feels like a complete bait-and-switch scam. This wasn’t just a one-off incident. If you read the previous reviews, you’ll see that the same thing has happened to many other guests. We arrived exhausted at 3:00 a.m. after a long journey, and instead of checking us into the room we paid for, they made us deal with unnecessary stress and inconvenience in the middle of the night. Please avoid this hotel if you value honest service. Their customer service is cheap, unprofessional, and the way they handle bookings is extremely misleading.

I booked with the fare price and I received the free upgrade for the first time I booked. That really impressed me. The room is kinda suitable for me, I had no more requests

I had a very good experience staying at Happy Life Green Hotel. The hotel was clean, spacious, and the rooms were meticulously cleaned and well-equipped. The comfortable beds helped me have restful nights after a day of work and travel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The hotel's location is quite convenient, with many restaurants and necessary services nearby. The price was reasonable compared to the quality of service received. If I have the opportunity to return to this area, I will definitely choose Happy Life Green Hotel again and would readily recommend it to friends and family.

The hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to get to attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants in the area. The rooms are clean, meticulously cleaned daily, with modern furnishings and a comfortable feel. The reception staff are friendly and provide quick assistance when guests need advice or have any requests. The breakfast is quite varied with many dishes suitable for both domestic and international guests. The common areas are quiet, suitable for both business and leisure trips. With reasonable prices and good service quality, I would gladly return and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The hotel is beautiful and luxurious. The staff are polite and friendly enough. The breakfast, while not very varied, was quite good. The bed was comfortable, and I slept very well. I will definitely return to this hotel.

I recently stayed at Happy Life Green Hotel HCMC, and unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing. When I entered, there was a strong mouldy smell and the shower head had very weak water pressure, and the water temperature was difficult to control either extremely hot or freezing cold. Unwell maintain in bedroom and all over the toilet. Breakfast was another unpleasant surprise. While there appeared to be many options, most dishes were either overly spicy or not freshly prepared. I sincerely hope this review reaches the General Manager and that these issues are taken into consideration for future improvement. Sadly, my recent stay at Happy Life Green Hotel was far below expectations and not worth the money. I would no longer recommend this hotel in HCMC.
