Great room, pool and breakfast areas. Also enjoyed the spa. About a 15 minute walk to the river - not too far and good to be out of the busy old town area at night

We stayed at this accommodation for our first trip to Hoi An for our honeymoon, and everyone was so incredibly kind that we are leaving with wonderful memories. The location was a bit inconvenient for walking, but delivery services were good. Above all, the swimming pool was cool and clean, so we had a relaxing stay. The staff member Tan who manages the pool was cheerful and fun. We are leaving with fond memories. The room was tidy, and there were no bugs.

Clean duplex with great pool 10-minute walk to Old Town

Very nice hotel. Larger than I thought, but was not busy while I stayed in early June. Rooms are sizeable with quiet AC and a ceiling fan. Great pool, quiet and calm with sun and shade. Location is near enough to old town to walk, but away from annoying touts. Hoi An is quite charming, outside the old town area.

If I come back, I would like to stay for at least two nights. I especially loved that there were no Chinese guests, and I was impressed by the kindness of the staff from check-in to check-out. I was amazed by the thoughtfulness of staff member Danh at the swimming pool, and I was left with a lasting impression as he greeted us with a bright smile. I also appreciated his kindness during check-in, where he explained nearby restaurants, tourist attractions, and accommodation benefits one by one in Korean using a map. Also, after breakfast in the morning, my husband and I needed to use the restroom, and it was so convenient that there were two bathrooms.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Highly recommended for the service and location. The pool is amazing and buffet breakfast has something for everyone. Walking distance to old town and fantastic restaurants. Highly recommended.

This was the most satisfying accommodation I stayed at during my trip to Hoi An! 👍👍 The room was very clean and pleasant, and the air conditioning worked well, so I was able to rest comfortably even in the hot weather! However, I think it would be a good idea to bring your own pillowcases 😊 The breakfast was excellent, exceeding my expectations, and I liked that there was a wide variety of dishes! I was especially delighted to see Kimchi Jjigae available as a Korean traveler haha ​​❤️ All the staff were very friendly, and since there was even a staff member who could speak Korean, communication was easy 👍 Also, they always greeted me with a smile from check-in to check-out, leaving a great impression!! 😆❤️ I highly recommend trying the swimming pool!! It was much larger than I expected and had a great atmosphere, making it one of the most memorable places of my trip! There is a sloping pool that gets deeper from 1.3 to 1.5 meters, and a pool that is entirely 1.6 meters deep! There seems to be a separate shallow pool for children! And the location is great! There are massage shops, ATMs, and markets nearby, and Hoi An Old Town is closer than I thought, making it convenient to get around. In particular, I used the hotel's car service to get to my next destination after checking out. Even though the price was similar to Grab, the vehicle was in much better condition, spacious, and comfortable, so I was very satisfied👍👍 I highly recommend it. If you are looking for accommodation in Hoi An, this is a resort I can confidently recommend, and if I visit Hoi An again, I definitely want to stay here again👍❤️

A brilliant hotel full of high standards delivered by a friendly, helpful and welcoming team. The receptionist, Lien who checked me in was really good and made me feel like a well regarded old friend returning for a visit. She was happy to greet me and went out of her way to make sure I received 5 star service. My room was a loft room with three seperate areas, a comfortable bed, great bathroom with a seperate shower room and a 2 person bath. I came home late on my first night after walking around Hoi An and found the bedroom area to be a bit warm. The rest of the areas were fine. I called reception and got a fantastic response. Nhung, the night duty receptionist bought an engineer to the room and checked that the air con was working. It was but it was a little slow to cool down the loft as it is upstairs (obviously) and a a whole property system as opposed to an individual reverse cycle. She also organised a fan while the aircon cooled the place down. It worked fine and within 20 minutes, upstairs was as cool as the rest of the space. She was super professional and did it all with a friendly and service oriented approach. The pool is great with loads of pool beds and no idiots dawn reserving them. The gym is well equipped and has air con and the breakfast was also a good standard. I have no problem recommending this place to anyone needing a really good hotel to base yourself in while you explore one of the most interesting parts of Vietnam. If you are older or need some physical support, don't book the loft room as it may be difficult to manage. There are plenty of other great rooms to choose from.

The female staff member at the front desk is so kind. I had a problem, but she offered to take a Grab with me. It was resolved well, and I am very happy. This is my third visit. Whenever I come to Hoi An, I only come here.
