A staff member named Nancy was kind, and the breakfast here is delicious. They also rent out bicycles, and the location isn't bad. Most of the staff are friendly and great.

We had stayed there for 4 days. Everything is nice.

I'll definitely invite more friends to come and stay here sometime.

We had a wonderful stay at Cozy. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the bathtub was amazing perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. While the hotel is a little outside the Old Town, it’s only about a 1520 minute walk away, and Grab rides are easy to get. For us, the comfort, service, and overall experience made it absolutely worth staying here. Highly recommended!!

Really nice hotel! We had a great time here. Lovely staff - extremely helpful at all times. We appreciated the big breakfast selection, the pool that was well shaded. Location is nice and quiet, not in the middle of the old town (which gets extremely crowded, especially in the evening). Best value for money!

A wonderful stay at the Cozy An Boutique Hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming, always smiling, and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel is conveniently located near the old town and other attractions. I highly recommend it if you're visiting this charming little town.

The room was comfortable, clean, and well-lit, but there were some worn marks on the edges and corners, such as the floor and the side of the wardrobe. Also, the staff's push for the shuttle service was a bit stressful > < The shuttle service wasn't cheaper, and the driver was constantly on his phone replying to messages, showing a complete lack of focus while driving…

Super friendly staff with excellent service and all amenities. Quiet location, about 15 minutes from the old town, and comfortable beds. Bicycle rental is completely free and hassle-free.
