My family stayed here, the hotel is beautiful. The staff were enthusiastic and very friendly. However, one thing made us quite uncomfortable. Because we had a small child, we had breakfast a little late, but it was still within the buffet hours. When the staff started clearing the table, we were still sitting there, with other guests next to us. Then, a man, probably the manager, because I saw him wearing a white shirt unlike the other staff, took the remote control and turned off all the air conditioning. It felt like he was subtly trying to get rid of us. It was 38-39 degrees Celsius, and we paid money to enjoy ourselves here, only to be treated like this. Quite disappointing.

The customer service staff were very enthusiastic and helpful. The location is ideal, quiet, and conveniently close to tourist attractions. The hotel is beautiful and well-equipped.

I had a wonderful stay at the Soluna Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop pool on the sixth floor, which is a great place to relax after a day of exploring. I also really enjoyed the happy hour, a lovely touch that made the stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Kylie, who was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. The same goes for the rest of the staff, who were friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would!! We originally planned to stay for 2 days but ended up staying for 5 nights. The staff, the room, and the location were simply fantastic! I would definitely come back here again.

The staffs were helpful, except the manager who left a sour note on what was otherwise a pleasant stay at this hotel. In the last day of my stay here, my family was having breakfast with our 11-month-old, who was seated in a highchair provided by the hotel. As any parent knows, crumbs happen — expecting otherwise from a little baby like this is simply unreasonable. The manager approached our table and told me, in a noticeably condescending tone, that I should not allow my child to drop crumbs. He then immediately called over a staff member to clean it up — which felt less like hospitality and more like a reprimand in front of other guests. I was visibly uncomfortable, and he clearly noticed, because he quickly tried to recover by asking about the baby and making small talk. To be honest, at that point, I would have preferred he simply walked away. A five-star property should be a place where families feel welcomed and at ease — not made to feel like an inconvenience. The hospitality I experienced from that manager was, in all honesty, below what I’d expect from a two-star establishment. I will not be returning, and I would encourage management to address this openly with the team.

I arrived late at night on the first day of my trip to Da Nang and was looking for a budget-friendly place, and I am very satisfied. The bedding and room were clean, and the staff were friendly. The breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but it was delicious and clean. I had a great rest at an affordable price.

It is a hotel with good value for money.
