Located on the edge of the old town, it's unaffected by the bustling nightlife. Free bicycles are available for rent (five in total, please inform the front desk), which is very convenient; you can use these bicycles for getting around and exploring. The double room isn't large; excluding the double bed, the hallway space is only enough for a 29-inch suitcase. It's very clean, with modern decor, a smart TV, and WiFi. There's a small balcony where you can enjoy snacks, watch videos, and relax while watching the street scene. The bathroom is also clean. There's an elevator, so carrying luggage isn't a problem. Two bottles of water are provided daily. A double room costs around NT$1000 per night, which I think is very worthwhile.

We had a lovely stay here in Hoi An. Phuc in particular was very attentive and friendly, as were all the staff. We felt very welcome and were sad to leave. We hope to come back soon!

The location was very strategic-quiet & walkable to all places in Hoi An. The label says 4 star hotel but I think it was more of a laid-back boutique hotel (still not 4 star -if sheraton is a 5 star hotel). The rooms were clean and well supplied with amenities so that was a huge plus point. The service is where we were disappointed; initially it was great as they were able to point us to some stores such as eateries and tailoring. But there was a part where the hotel staff said if we are going to one of the tailoring stores they recommended, we would get free taxi. We agreed (as we wanted to survey some tailoring spots) but we were not informed that it is only free if we bought something from the store. We did not buy anything as it was too expensive for our budget but the next day, the hotel staff asked us for the taxi fee as we did not purchase anything. We were happy to pay it back as we were planning to get our own taxi anyways but the staff should hv informed us prior to the offer that it was conditional on us buying something from the tailoring spot. The hotel staff even asked us (politely) the next day why we didn’t buy anything. Can stay but don’t take recommendations.

This room was booked through a third party booking service. The dates were not honored because according to the front staff the dates were never presented. We had to split our party and finds rooms at other homestay. The discussion on whether the original price would be honored was unclear. I’m very frustrated with this service. I would not recommend this homestay.

It's located near the old town, but away from the noisy area, which is fantastic. The staff were also very attentive. We booked a top-floor suite, and the entire floor was available for our use. It had all the amenities we needed! There was a kitchen, a washing machine, a huge balcony, a hot tub, and a jacuzzi. The beds were very comfortable, and there were even free bicycles to borrow. We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation we booked!

The air conditioner wasn't working. After being on for a while, it tripped and stopped working several times. I informed the staff, but they could only reset it. This meant I had to sleep in a hot room using a fan. The accommodation was nice enough to offer me a smaller room, but that room was too small to open my suitcase, so I didn't change. The accommodation tried to arrange a car for the next day, but the price was much more expensive than Grab. The location is good and relatively quiet.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception team is incredibly kind and helpful — they went out of their way to assist me with several things. I stayed in the smallest room, but it was very well designed and perfectly comfortable, with an excellent bed. The hotel is also very quiet, which I really appreciated. Overall, it felt less like a hotel and more like staying with a caring family. Highly recommended.
