Hotel RL Brooklyn

Fatima was a great receptionist! Continuously checked on me n was very patient n clear on everything I needed to know ! Because of her ? I will be coming back . Definitely a sweet girl!

Every part of the stay was excellent. The room was cozy and affordable and in one of the coolest parts of the city with super easy access to transit (recommend visiting nearby Wonderville and Secret Pour if you’re visiting from out of town). Ruhul was extremely kind and helpful and answered all our questions. Highly recommend!

I love coming to New York and staying at this hotel because of its great location, it's always clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel staff are always very friendly and helpful with anything you might need. Rahul, the manager, is very kind and makes you feel right at home. I would definitely book this hotel again!

Everything was seamless from booking to checkout

The last time I tried to stay there they were closed. I had a reservation, and there was no warning, just a sign on the front of the door, with someone telling me I had to go to the holiday inn when I was tired from a long day of travel. Besides having small rooms, it wasn't too bad when I had stayed previously. But refusing service, and not alerting customers ahead of time is unforgivable. Do not try to stay here.

It was a beautiful place, DJ was playing all the hits, the drinks was good as well and the bartenders was real cool. I would go again

Booked 3 nights using Chase rewards. Arrived in the evening on a Friday night to discover a large, mostly empty nightclub blasting dance music as any club would. Turns out we were in room 204. Apparently right above the same floor. It should be illegal to pretend as if this is a hotel room. The lady at the front desk was nice and apologized profusely. She knew this room was a scam. We got to the room and it was instantly obvious that sleep would be impossible due to the noise of the club and club kids shrieking in the halls. We spent an hour on the phone with Chase rewards trying to sort out where else we could go. There was nothing else. We were thankfully able to stay on a futon with a nearby family member. As we were leaving, less than an hour after checking in, we told the front desk lady we were checking out and would not be back. She said she understood and it would be no problem. Of course these despicable thieves charged us for the entire 3 day stay. We've spent hours and hours fighting with Chase over this, and ultimately the hotel insists on charging for one of the nights and Chase will not refund it. $250 for this disgusting scam. Buyer beware.

It's better to sleep at the nearby Shelteras; it's good there was a Holiday Inn a block away.
