Hotel Valley Ho

Valley Ho meets the mark for fun quality and excellent friendly staff -be prepared to have the center pool DJ scene to get your VIBE going-mostly drinking and scene/bescene. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds-excellent fitness center. The ZU ZU restaurant/bar is excellent -think boutique style.

The room was vintage alright. Broken window, so much dust and absolutely disgusting grease on the curtains. (Take a look at the ceiling and top/bottom of your curtains...they haven't ever been cleaned!!) Bathtub littered with hair upon arriving. These rooms are wildly overpriced, not in great shape, quite filthy and utterly disappointing. The ice machine even had mold growing in it. Chipped wood on the furniture which ripped/caught my skirt on the first night. Just a disaster. Wishing we never would have stayed. Save your money and go elsewhere!!

We couldn’t be happier with our experience with the Hotel Valley Ho as our wedding venue! Ari was an absolute godsend during the entire planning process, and was always there to answer questions or problem solve as things came up. The whole staff was so attentive towards us and our guests during our stay, we were so impressed with the level of service they provided for us and our loved ones. Ari and Diane were so amazing helping with the day-of planning and flow of everything. We ended up having to change around the locations of our events because of the weather, but Ari and Diane handled it so well and we think it turned out even better than we had originally planned! They went all out with our reception decor to make up for having to move it inside, and it was absolutely stunning. Thank you to the whole team at the Valley Ho for making our big day so special! Unfortunately for the price of the stay, the pool space was not well maintained. They open at 6:30am, but do not clean up from the night before. Empty drink and food containers remained well into the morning (10-11am). The water dispenser remained empty as well. The used pool towels were piled high & fresh pool towels were also not available. On a Saturday night we were told the pool was closing for an unknown amount of time due to a wedding in the pavilion. There was no compensation offered for the inconvenience. We also learned very quickly they upcharge for amenities you can find elsewhere for free (WiFi, mini fridge). I would not stay here again, despite the convenient walking distance to many attractions in old town.

Went for the pool day pass on Resort Pass. Worth the $25. Drinks were good and affordable and service was great. Buckets of 5 beers for $35. The music was good. Definitely worth it.

Alex truly made our entire stay here. He brought such a positive attitude and energy that made the whole experience feel special and memorable. We’re already planning to come back in three months because of him — see you soon, brother! The room was great, the fitness facility was excellent, and the onsite restaurant was a huge plus. The location was also perfect — close to amazing coffee shops like Fourtillfour and several great restaurants. Overall, this was an awesome trip and an even better stay.
