What reviewers say

Visitors consistently praise the V.MOD Hotel for its exceptionally kind, caring, and professional family-run staff who make guests feel at home. Rooms are frequently described as clean and comfortable, with many appreciating the option to order meals. A recurring minor complaint is the less-than-ideal view from some rooms, which can overlook the bus terminal.

I'd like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire V.MOD Hotel team for their service and care for our large family when we stayed and occupied all the rooms. This is a family-run hotel, and everyone without exception was kind, responsive, and professional. They organized not only accommodation for us but also breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which was a real help, as we came from different countries and had children of different ages and parents with us. The cleaning was excellent, the staff was excellent, and the menu and food preparation were excellent. We also booked a transfer upon arrival, and everything went smoothly. The location is close to the bus station, just a 1-minute walk away. The large Dolma shopping center is also a 15-minute walk away, the Ararat and Noah cognac houses are about a 15-20-minute walk away, and the city center is a 30-minute walk away. We hardly used public transportation; we walked everywhere, and we were very lucky with the weather in November. The rooms are standard, a bit like a Soviet hotel. They might need some cosmetic renovations, but the price and other advantages outweigh this. I would recommend this family-run hotel to those who appreciate a homey atmosphere, where you'll be welcomed like family, who enjoy walking and hiking, and, of course, to those who love Armenian cuisine and the wonderful pancakes they made for us for breakfast. A big thank you to the entire VMOD family🙏❤️

I recently stayed at the guesthouse in V.MOD and it was a truly wonderful experience. The family is amazing — so kind, welcoming, and caring. The room was spotless, very clean and beautifully kept. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from the bus station. I felt comfortable and at home throughout my stay. I am so grateful for the hospitality and would definitely recommend this place with love to anyone visiting.”

The most important thing is that it is clean and comfortable. You can also order breakfast, lunch and dinner on the spot. The administrator, Maria (Masha), is simply a wonderful person ❤️.

A friend from Yerevan recommended this small, family-run hotel. It has a wonderful, cozy atmosphere, helpful staff, clean, comfortable rooms, and a delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

A huge THANK YOU for everything - it felt like coming home. During our travels my three friends fell sick and all the hotel personnel did everything that was in their power to help us. Offering water, tea, soup, bread, medicine, taking care of us, whatever they could think of to make us feel better, fulfilling all our wishes. We couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Thank you so much not only for hosting us, but also for all your care and support.

Kind personal and clean rooms, although you have bus terminal view which is a little ugly but I like hotel because of Lili and her pancakes and her pure heart and beautiful smile .
